Sign in and install the app

Sign in, reset a forgotten password and add CareList to your home screen.

Sign in

Open the address your administrator gave you and enter your email and password. Tick Remember me on a personal device. Accounts are created by your administrator, so there is usually no sign-up page.

If your company is suspended or its plan has ended, sign-in shows the reason. Contact your administrator.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. If an account exists, a reset link is sent to it.
3. Open the link, choose a new password of at least 8 characters, and sign in.

You can also change your password any time from More → My account.

Install it like an app

CareList is a progressive web app, so it can sit on your home screen and open full-screen.

• Android / Chrome: open the More sheet and tap Install app on this device, or use the browser menu → Install app.
• iPhone / Safari: tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen.
• Desktop Chrome or Edge: use the install icon in the address bar.

Note: On iPhone, push notifications only work after the app has been added to the Home Screen.
