Automation rules

Act automatically when something fails or completes.

Manage → Automation lets you add rules of the form when this happens, do that.

Triggers

• An item fails: a Pass / Fail question is answered Fail.
• Score is low: the inspection score falls below a percentage you set.
• Inspection is completed: any completion.

Optionally restrict a rule to one checklist.

Actions

A rule can do one or more of:

• create a corrective action with a priority, a due date (days from now) and an assignee
• create a work order
• notify a chosen person, for example the infection control nurse
• call a webhook URL so other systems know

Turn a rule off with its toggle or delete it. Rule runs are recorded in the audit log.
