| Seats | Active employees count towards the limit. Adding a user beyond it is blocked; deactivating someone frees a seat. |
| Expiry | A company past its end date cannot sign in and sees the reason. The platform admin can extend or reactivate. |
| Suspension | Suspended companies are blocked immediately; patient, order and inspection records are kept. |
