History, PDF reports and the DPR
Find past inspections and produce reports.
History
- My History shows your own completed inspections.
- Overall Histories (managers) shows everyone's, with the result, score and who did it.
- My Team Dashboard summarises what is due, overdue and failed.
Open any inspection to see every answer, photo, the score and the approval status.
On an inspection, choose PDF to download a branded report with your logo and colour, the score, answers, photos and approver details. Your report footer text from Settings appears at the bottom.
Daily Progress Report (DPR)
Manage → DPR Reports shows, for a chosen day, what was scheduled and what was completed. Use the PDF button to export it for management, the quality committee or assessors.
Export to Excel
For raw data, use Export data.
