NABH and NABL accreditation audits
33 ready-made department audits for NABH, 12 for NABL diagnostic centres, and how to use them as evidence.
Hospitals get the NABH Accreditation Audits pack (33 checklists) installed automatically. Diagnostic centres get NABL / Diagnostic Centre Audits, the 12 audits that apply to a stand-alone centre. Both are also in More → Manage → Template library. See Install ready-made checklists.
Each audit is scored with a pass mark (85–100%) and ends with a drawn signature: the Auditor, or for the surgery checklists the ward, recovery or circulating nurse, and for the oxygen audit the plant operator.

Use them for accreditation
- Review and publish. Open each audit in Checklists, adjust questions to your SOPs and keep it Published. See Build a checklist.
- Turn on sign-off. Switch on Requires approval so the quality manager reviews each audit, and add an Attestation statement if auditors must confirm they checked in person. See Approvals and Signatures and attestation.
- Assign on a schedule. Assign each audit monthly (or quarterly) to the department in-charge or the internal auditor, at the right location. See Assign checklists.
- Act on gaps. Every Fail asks for a description and photo and creates a deviation. Turn deviations into corrective actions with an owner and due date, and close them with evidence.
- Keep the evidence. Turn on weekly or daily email reports to the quality team, download PDF reports from history, and use analytics and the audit log to show assessors completion, scores and closure over time.
Tip: Add your NABH or NABL certificate number to the Report footer in company settings so it prints on every PDF.
